Responsible for overall integration of program and ministry. Plan, coordinate, manage and oversee formation opportunities for all ages at the parish and the parish school. Oversight for 250 camper summer day camp and 250 member Boy Scout Troop 223. Regular preaching and continual pastoral care for parish and school. Coordination, resourcing, teaching and leading parish adult formation offerings.

Director of the Cathedral College Center for Christian Formation, serving as a resource for educators across the nation. Directed young adult ministry endeavors. Developed educational and formational opportunities for lay ministers in the Metropolitan area. Served as an advocate for lay ministers and professionals.
Program Coordinator, Cathedral College of Washington National Cathedral, Washington, D.C. (2005–2007)
Coordinated periodic lectures held in the Nave for 150–1000 people, as well as smaller multi-week Christian formation courses. Managed staff for Presiding Bishop’s Investiture and Installation and for Ordination of Bishop Coadjutor of Virginia, and Bishop of Maryland. Coordinated Episcopal Church General Convention 2006 presence through The Discovery Center. Coordinated the General Convention 2006 legislative work of the National Association for Episcopal Christian Education Directors and the Colloquium for Episcopal Professional and Vocational Associations.
Director of Christian Formation, Trinity Episcopal Church, Iowa City, Iowa (2001–2005)
Designed and implemented spiritual formation program for three through eighteen year olds. Revamped preschool and elementary church school programs, implementing the Godly Play program of spiritual formation. Invigorated the Journey-to-Adulthood program, implementing curriculum changes, encouraging strong teacher discernment, designing staff training, providing overall leadership, and designing an integrated confirmation program. Designed Journey-to-Adulthood Urban Experience to Minneapolis in conjunction with General Convention experience. Coordinated, organized, and co-lead a Journey-to-Adulthood pilgrimage to Ireland. Designed and implemented congregational formation opportunities encouraging life-long formation. Served as a resource for adult formation.

Engaged with the Commission as we integrated the Title III changes into the processes of the diocese, ensuring that we were continuing to raise up and train ministers to all orders of ministry as well as overseeing the diocesan discernment process for those exploring their calls to ordained ministries.
Interim Commission on Ministries with Young People, Diocese of Iowa (2002–2004)
Prepared experiences for young people for the ordination of the Bishop of Iowa, including design of soft space for children. Designed and implemented bi-annual youth conferences. Prepared annual budget of $30,000 for Diocesan Ministries with Young People. Prepared and led experiences for young people at annual diocesan conventions. Designed workshop for congregations on inclusion of children in worship life.
